Central Contractors Index
We were pleased to implement Central Contractors Index for one of our clients from Heating Industry.
The organizationally complex project required involvement of the three independent companies along with coordinating their effort with clients requirements.
The implementation has become a fascinating challenge and a range of activities – some of which are outlined below, were a kind of self-improvement:
– preparation of a comprehensive concept for the project, requiring team work and coordination of several subcontractors.
– the development of the FI configuration
– activities associated with the creation of a SAP Java Connector interface, and support of SAP connection to an external database.
– testing the whole project – where in the course of launching certain functions new challenges appeared, forcing continuous improvement to reach a final result.
A huge commitment ended in a great success, associated with the start of the Central Contractors Index even before the scheduled date, and the information we received, that the results are even better than expected.
