Company ZREW Transformatory from Lodz engaged in the production , modernization , repairs and full diagnostics of oil power transformers, that recently changed the owner decided to maintain the SAP system as a primary tool management. We have been selected as a partner in this project and we are responsible for configuring the SAP system that runs most of the previously used and also new functionality that is currently being defined and developed.
Earlier ZREW Transformatory Sp. z o.o. as a member of a large group Polimex was using the SAP system. After an ownership change, the process of analysis started that had to answer the question of whether to implement a system known to the employees that is SAP or other ERP class software. As a result of the activities it was finally decided to re-implement the SAP system based on past experience of the company but at the same time remodeling certain business processes to better fit the specificities of the sector. Start the new system will be in January 2014..
