Based on the Microsoft 365 platform, it offers an easy-to-use mobile application for entering invoices, which, once approved, are transferred to the SAP system.

Key features of our solution:

• Microsoft 365 Platform: Our tool is integrated with the Microsoft 365 platform, allowing efficient utilization of your company’s existing IT infrastructure. This reduces implementation costs and ensures easy integration with existing systems.

• Ease of Use: The dedicated mobile application available for Android and iOS systems is designed for maximum simplicity and intuitive use. Employees enter key invoice data such as amount, invoice number, and date, and then attach a scan of the document using the camera on their mobile device. This allows for quick and efficient document submission.

• Approval Process: After the documents are entered by employees, they are sent to their supervisors and/or the accounting department for approval. Our tool enables easy tracking of document status, ensuring full transparency and control over the process.

• Integration with SAP: Once approved, the documents are transferred to the SAP system. Integration with SAP allows for direct posting of documents, eliminating the need for manual data entry and minimizing the risk of errors. This, in turn, speeds up the accounting process and ensures data consistency across the organization.
