Microsoft 365 Implementation

Responding to the needs of our clients, we implemented the Microsoft 365 platform in their organization.

Every day, many companies around the world use all kinds of cloud solutions. This creates enormous opportunities, especially in the field of fast and trouble-free communication inside the company and outside it’s structures. Microsoft 365 is the one of the best platforms which provides many constantly updated and adapted to the current standards products and services operating locally and in the cloud.

Until now, the client used a local e-mail server and software from various manufacturers, which generated problems due to limited space for storing e-mails or exchanging files saved in various formats.

The implementation was carried out according to a previously created plan without interruptions visible to users. Launched in a local environment, a domain controller based on Windows Server 2016 was used to synchronize with Azure Active Directory, which significantly simplifies further service. Data of all mailboxes have been migrated to the Microsoft cloud and imported to each user mailbox. For additional security, the Multi-Factor Authentication function has been registered on users mobile devices. After installing the Office suite on each PC and launching the Exchange Online mail server, we provided a series of training sessions for users. They included all products in the purchased Microsoft 365 subscription e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook or Teams.

Especially for the client, we have prepared a solution based on the Sharepoint Online service, which allows many users to simultaneously use an Excel spreadsheet or specially prepared lists.

After implementation, we also maintain all services as well as ongoing adjustments and configuration according to the client’s wishes.
